Javello provides an interactive testing platform for social casino games. Our service includes demo access, gameplay previews, and feature exploration capabilities. The platform is designed for evaluation purposes and does not involve real money gambling or wagering.

User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to our platform, you grant Javello a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Privacy and Data Protection

Demo and Trial Access

No Real Money Gaming
The Javello platform provides social casino game testing and demonstration only. No real money wagering, gambling, or prizes of monetary value are offered. Virtual credits or tokens used within demo games have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or prizes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Javello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Javello and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
